A Planned Maintenance Agreement takes the worry out of home ownership when considering your HVAC equipment. Replacing heat and air conditioning systems can be one of the costliest expenses you will face as a homeowner. Extending the life of your equipment is key and finding a reputable contractor you can trust will give you peace of mind. In fact, according to Energy Star, a program launched by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and now managed by the U.S. Department of Energy:

“Proper Maintenance by a qualified technician is one of the most important steps you can take to prevent future problems.”

We know that your goal as a homeowner is to identify problems before they get out of hand and we have developed our Planned Maintenance Agreement program to take the worry out of that process. Our highly trained technicians will do bi-annual checks of your system in the Spring and Fall to make sure that everything is functioning correctly and that you are prepared for the coming season. We will take that opportunity to perform a multi-point inspection and notify you about any components that are failing or getting ready to fail. The extreme temperature changes in the hottest summer and coldest winter months will often cause malfunctioning components to completely stop. Annual spring and fall maintenance can help guard against getting caught without heat or air.
